“I have been taking private pilates classes with Jana since January as I experienced a longer episode of lower back pain late last year. Since recently, I have been enjoying private video pilates session which are amazing and super helpful. Jana is able to watch every of my moves and verbally adjusts and instructs me as we go along. It works brilliantly and I am delighted I can keep up my training efforts despite these difficult times. And my back pain has massively improved just as my strength.”

I have had the privilege attending Jana Janezic’s classes twice a week for almost three years. Her knowledge of Physiology and her scrupulous attention to the capacities and needs of the individual, have created a very safe environment, in which I, and my fellow class members, have been able to become stronger, and I am sure, avoid future injury. More able class members, including athletes and dancers, have also found her classes extremely beneficial. Her natural authority, evident professional skill and kindness have created an excellent working environment in which all ages-literally from 18-80, are able to work together and increase in strength and flexibility. As an ex-teacher myself, (though not of Pilates) I appreciate that she has a most admirable control of her classes, in which you can always hear a proverbial pin drop. She has a real gift for motivating her students. The fact that her classes are, in general, full to capacity in a fairly inaccessible corner of the Borough, and that such a large proportion of her students attend twice a week over years, attests to how highly she is valued.

I have attended Pilates sessions given by Jana Janezic twice a week for the last two years. Her classes are nearly always full to capacity and for good reason. Jana knows all her clients individually and adapts exercises to suit everyone’s needs.

I believe we have all progressed under her tutelage and are more flexible and fit as a result. I play tennis regularly and Pilates has certainly given me more flexibility to reach for a ball.

Jana has always been very professional and caring, I have never known her to miss a class and she has demonstrated total commitment to seeing her students progress at every level.

Jana approaches Pilates method and exercise intelligently, she is a Pilates Instructor who understands and applies suitable modification needed for an individual, whether for a particular sport person, professional dancer or any individual, she is an instructor who applies basic or extended bio-mechanics science and anatomy of human body.
Evident experience, perfection of application, hard work, dedication and deep passion to commit makes her a valuable instructor in demand.
I have found her collaboration with me invaluable contribution for my lectures of UCL MA Performance Medicine studies.
